Emcees are Kelexis and Dena. They are hilarious together.
Evening Gown Group 5
31. Luisa Salome – Regalia gown in black stretch knit and baby blue chiffon
inserts in fishtail. She had a wrap of baby blue foxtails tipped in black. She
takes off the wrap to reveal a crystal beaded bodice. Hair is a large smooth
bubble. Matching jewelry. Hesitant modeling.
32. Delorean Chase – Gown by Sequins Originals. It is pink and silver beaded
with chevron dipping down to hem in the middle front. Top of gown is spotted in
crystal stones. Hair is a an updo with bangs and large curls on top. Jewelry is
matching but small. Pumps are dyed but not to match – too dark.

rhinestone. Lovely matching jewelry in blue and crystal stones. Hair is by Q of
Atlanta. Very fresh and elegant modeling.

39. Sasha Andrews – Nude gown with crystal stones with nude fishnet tail.
Nipples are showing. Hair is updo in huge loose curls. Butt crack is also
showing through.
40. Evian Cass – Red satin dress with black lace overlay, keyhole neck. Makeup
is very porcelain doll. Modeling is a little inexperienced. Jewelry matches in
red and dark crystal stones. Something is on the floor, I guess, because she
keeps staring at it.
41. Morgan Hunter – Black velvet gown with crystal crisscross on right hip. Bra
is crystal rhinestone enhanced. There is a black ruffle of some sort along the
hem on the bottom. Crystal chain on bra cups snapped loose – on purpose, I think
- on both sides and is pointing straight out.
42. Passion Principle – Gown is in two blues (depending on light) with disco
glitter and rhinestones throughout. Asymmetrical straps. Hair is smooth and
beautiful with matching accessories. A little loose fit in bodice.

the way to floor in front middle. All has black lace overlay with crystal
rhinestones. Hair is up and contemporary. Matching black and crystal rhinestone
jewelry. Modeling is hesitant.

Talent Group 3
17. Michelle Fighter – Enters in pink and crystal evening gown. She’s singing
live the Charlene song “I’ve Never Been to Me.” This is the same Continental
song she sang a couple of years ago and got into top 10. She sings well and
sounds like a woman, which we all know is half the battle. Few can do it.
18. Alexis Principle – Enters in full-length black feather coat. Two dancers in
black enter as she leaves the stage. They are slightly off. She re-enters in a
black and crystal dance outfit. “Don’t Wanna Lose Your Love.” Dancing off a
little. Lip sync off a little. Simpler choreography that needs a little more
rehearsal. There are glimpses of greatness but they are short-lived.
19. Asia O’Hara – Cheerleading talent, starts with two real girl cheerleaders
who are just a tad off from each other. Long time before Asia enters. Finally,
she comes on stage in a varsity jacket and cheerleader outfit. Music is a mix of
popular dance songs that have a cheerleader beat. She’s wearing tennis shoes.
Enter two baton girls with cowboy hats. Dancing is slightly off. Girls leave.
Four boys enter and mix with two of the girls. Alyssa makes a cameo appearance
with monologue from Bring it On. Asia says “you better bring it” and Alyssa
grabs her crown and says “Oh, it’s already been brought-en.” Crowd lives.
Standing ovation.
20. Kara Young Ross – A Chorus Line – Music and the Mirror – Boy dancers backup,
high energy opening. Hair keeps getting stuck in mouth. Her dancing is
Alyssa-like trained and beautiful. SICKENING!!!! Absolutely beautiful to watch.
Wonderfully executed. Costume change to red. She brought it. Another standing
ovation.
21. Shannon Dupree – Patti Labelle “IF You Don’t Know Me By Now.” Not an
illusion. She’s in red and black cocktail/dance dress. Boy enters and ballroom
dances with her. Could stand a little more rehearsal. Boy leaves for monologue
part. Skirt comes off to reveal shorter version of same dress. Song changes to
“Stir It Up.” Two dancers enter and dance behind her. They are off from each
other. She has Patti movements down.
22. Dena Demarco Bouvier – Video screen drops and video begins. Academy Awards
for Best Actress – Life of a Bouvier shows on cscreen. She’s in a gold gown. The
song is interrupted by moments of monologues from popular movies: Monster’s
Ball, Waiting to Exhale, Crash, The Color Purple, Diary of a Mad Black Woman and
wraps up with “Listen” from Dreamgirls. Kicks off her shoes in middle during one
of the dramatic parts.
23. Tiffany Hunter – Tiffany in bridal gown with back to audience. Monica West
as church singer. She’s doing “I’m Not Getting Married” which requires razor
sharp lip sync. She does it. She’s ravishingly beautiful. Well done.
Break
Special entertainment
Talent Group 4
24. Ashley Blake – Boys in underwear handcuffede to black X’s. Grim reaper comes
out, says some stuff and leaves. Music picks up. More “slaves” crawl onto stage.
Ashley has them on chain leashes. Song is Dominate from Alyssa’s winning talent
last year. Lots of writhing and pushing around of slaves.
25. Kara Belle – Donna Summer’s “My Life.” She’s in a black short dress. Song
stops and monologue from Nuts begins. Monologue goes into Sally Field from Steel
Magnolias’ scene when they’re walking from the burial. Drink your juice, Kara.
Monologue then goes into the Desiging Women speech by Julia Sugarbaker about
Suzanne “…and that was the night the lights went out in Georgia.”
26. Bianca Nicole – Speaking of Georgia, representing that state is Bianca. She
is doing a Chicago talent with piano on stage. Starts with All That Jazz, goes
into Sister Act. Her dancing is on point. Standing ovation.
27. Jackie Roberts – Phantom of the Opera. She’s in black and red-corseted
period gown, dancing with man ini black pants and white ruffle shirt. Oh, that’s
not her. She enters in an ice blue with black corset gown, then the phantom
enters. They do a ballroom dance. It’s a little shaky; could use more rehearsal.
The phantom leaves and the other couple re-enters and dances circles around
them. The original phantom must’ve gotten washed in hot water because a mini-me
phantom enters, then two other regular sized ones. They lift her into the air.
The bottom of the gown becomes pants. Dancing is off throughout. She is very
pretty.
28. Natasha Braxton – From Dirty Dancing 2: Havannah Nights. She’s in gold and
black and dancing salsa with a man in all black. Very high energy and clean.
Four more dancers are added; the one leaves. They are doing back flips and
twirls and lifts. She is spot on. Very entertaining. Very clean.
29. Melissa Monet – Anastasia number in black mini-dress. Very Saturday night
number.
30. Tasha Long – She enters as Whitney Houston, doing duet with Dionne Warwick.
She’s painted half and half and turns to the side which one is singing. Audience
is screaming. Then goes into I’m Every Woman. Police sirens, voice says concert
is off because Dionne was arrested at the airport for illegal substance. The
concert will go on with Whoopi Goldberg from Sister Act – nun outfits and
dancing. Backups need a little more rehearsal. Danielle Hunter has cameo in itsy
bitsy yellow polka dot bikini. It ends with We Are Family. Audience lived.
Prelim Night 2 – Wednesday, May 23, 2007
Alyssa Edwards entertains.
Emcees are Dena and Kelexis.
Evening Gown Group 1
1. Crystal Chambers – Gown is Claire’s Collection. Yellow bodice, orange hips
and orange/yellow fishtail. Gown is fabric with small stones throughout bodice
and hips. Large crystal jewelry. Hair is very well done in large curls –
rhinestone accents. The back of the tail has a seam line in orange that is odd.
Hips are very large fishscale design that is very flattering. Modeling is smooth
and elegant.
2. Malaysia K. Black – Gown is dark pink bugle bead and crystal stones by Coco
Vega. There are darker starbursts of beads in the aresas not stoned. Hair is
simple, with tiny rhinestone accents. Gown is a little loose in the waist area.
Fishtail bottom is flowing and pretty. Very pretty and simple (not high drag)
makeup that is really flattering to her. Very pretty.
3. Mikaila Kay – Blue and silver Coco Vega but not the typical CV. Off the
shoulder short sleeves, asymmetrical straps. Gown is covered in crystal
rhinestones. She is gorgeous, tiny and I hate her. Shoes are dyed, but too dark
for the lining/gown. Modeling is elegant but slightly inexperienced. Hair is
very well done for a boy queen.
4. Geneva Richards – Gown is black and black sheer bodice with deep neckline.
Skirt is tan with black beaded appliqués throughout. Hair is VERY simple, maybe
too much so. Gown seems a tad too long for her. Crystal jewelry that is too
bright for the look of the gown. Glitter all over her back.
5. Myah Monroe – Gown is lime green with gold beaded flowers throughout with
black velvet fishtail at bottom. Hair is amazing and upswept with small
rhinestone accent. Matching green stone jewelry.
6. Domanique Shappelle – This is her winning Continental Gustavo gown in light
pea green with black lace overlay. Covered in matching rhinestones and exquisite
jewelry. Large fishtail bottom that is incredible. This is the category that she
shines – elegant, beautiful, and stunning. Modeling is perfect.
7. Barbara Seville – Gown is red bugle bead off the shoulder long sleeve gown
with small slit in the front. Hair is down in a daring bob. Jewelry matches.
Look is very America and would score well there. Matching strappy red shoes.
8. Victoria Weston – Black matte material with shoulders and skirt of gun metal
black liquid beading. Shoulders are covered in crystal rhinestones. Hair is
upsweep with minor difficulties and rhinestone accessories. Fit is excellent.
Makeup is reserved.
Evening Gown Group 2
9. Brandonna Dupri – Red fabric halter gown with silver beaded sunbursts – off
the rack. She’s added some crystal rhinestones throughout. Gown is a little
short and she seems just a tad inexperienced at this level. She is very pretty
and hair is great if she would shadow her hairline a bit at upper temples. Lots
of potential here.
10. Alexis Nicole Whitney – Black and crystal Coco Vega in the starburst design
reminiscent of of Sabrina White in MGA. She is escorted by a man in tuxedo. Gown
is covered in crystal rhinestones throughout. Hair is very nice.
11. Catalina – Gown is black and silver beaded halter gown. Silver is dripping
crystal rhinestones; black is covered throughout. Very beautiful Coco Vega gown.
Makeup and hair are Alyssa Edwards copy. Shoes are less than spectacular for
this gown. Hair is beautiful and has lovely stoned accents.
12. Dominique Sanchez – Green fabric bodice with green beaded skirt. Bodice has
crystal diamond in middle that is contrary to the rest of the gown. Top of gown
is different color (and not in a good way) than the bottom. Hair has no
transition from real to fake and looks misplaced. Jewelry is simple and very
understated.
13. Justice Paige Counce – Gown is maroon taffeta, tight bodice with ruffles
throughout a full skirt. Small crystal accents around bust line and on ruffles.
Makeup is reserved. Simple crystal earrings and no necklace.
14. Leah Halston – Gown is by Whatchamacallit of Dallas. It is orange,
creamsicle and maroon in an odd design of asymmetrical ruffles on skirt. Bodice
is lovely and tight with crystal rhinestone accents. Jewelry is large but looks
bluish, which does not match the gown. This gown is a risk.
15. Sage Summers – Gown is fuchsia fabric with crystal rhinestones over nude
illusion. Gown is halter style. LARGE crystal jewelry that doesn’t really match.
It’s too loud for the gown. Nice fit except at top of butt, which seems
crumpled. Modeling is elegant. Hair is very well done with rhinestone accents
that match better than the jewelry. Bra showing in back.
16. Cha Chi Divine – Gown is blue with crystal accents.
Talent
Group 5
31. Louisa Salome – Circus theme – she comes out from behind two clown props,
Christina Aguilera – Black corsette – props open to show carousel horse – she
goes back for costume change. Mime comes out for “in between” portion. Goes into
“Beautiful”. Props open – she is in white ball gown and seated. Finally comes
out from behind. Pretty talent but not much oomph.
32. Delorean Chase – Enters in trench with suitcases. Big Time by Linda Eder
(2006 theme). Trench removed to show green fish scale sequins. Lip sync issues.
Hair is short red period style. She threw in some gymnastics- were unnoticed as
crowd seemed distracted. She doesn’t feel the need to lip sync when she’s
spinning/dancing.
33. Summer Knight – Cabaret talent, but not the usual. She is very talented and
has lots of potential. Lip sync is on. Costume change into purple gown with
black waist cinch covered in rhinestones. A song I never heard from the show
goes into the theme song from it. She has all the elements of great talent.
34. Joey Wynters – Saturday Night Live set with Jane Curtin and Joey as Rosanne
Rosannadannna. Re-enactment of Weekend Update skits from several shows. Cute at
first but drones on.
35. Lady Marisa – Red and black costume for “Set Me Free.” Two Pennsylvania
dancers who are HOT. Dancers out-dance her somewhat but overall well
choreographed and executed talent.
36. Cyren Paris – Nelly Furtato portion of Timberland song. Two backups. She
looks very real girl … maybe too real girl. Backups leave and she does some
backflips which underwhelm the audience. Backups come back and an awkward dance
ensues. Great idea – OK execution.
37. Vega St. James – Dreamgirls talent, starts with scene where Effie gets
thrown out of the group. She’s a very thin Effie. Backups are great with a
slight stumble by the “new girl” in the Dreams. Goes into “And I Am Telling
You.” High drag; high drama; hometown audience lives.
38. Arabia Knight Adams – Donna Summer – Last Dance. She enters in fuchsia full
length coat. Lovely face. Lip sync is on. Music changes to upbeat and she takes
the coat off to reveal fuchsia dance costume. Nice kicks and good energy. She
loses steam toward the end. Knee-walking included in this package.
Break
Special entertainment
39. – Sasha Andrews – crazy Madonna mix spanning several decades – 3 guys come
out with various colored afros…..disco look/mix. Madonna – Tracks in wig are
very conspicuous and distracting. Express Yourself. Goes into modern Madonna
with several dancers. Dancing is a little awkward but rehearsed. Layla makes a
guest appearance and the local crowd lives but overall it’s less than
spectacular compared to Alyssa’s guest appearance in Asia’s talent. ZZZZZZZZZ.
40. Evian Cass – Linda Eder. Her eyes are heavy, like in gown, so that it looks
like she’s looking at something on the ground that is more interesting than the
rest of us. Too much time in slow part with overcoat on. She keeps holding her
waist/chest like the dress is about to fall off but it doesn’t. I kept thinking
there was a costume change but … NOT.
41. Morgan Hunter – Enters in a black overcoat. Changes to silver pantsuit
costume. Good dancing. She’s better than her backups.
42. Passion Principle – enters in yellow dress – two backup dancers. Song is
“Main Event” by Barbra Streisand. Very well done. This is the better of the
Principles this week.
43. Demonica Santangilo – Janet Jackson – Rhythm Nation. Five backup dancers.
Great choreography. She executes it in flats. Very nicely done. Backups are off
slightly at times but not too distracting. She exits. Backups do their thing but
seem lost without her. She returns in a red sequin top and black pants. Backups
leave. Good energy. Well done.
44. Stasha Sanchez – Latin number with Christopher Iman. Well choreographed.
Flawless. Beautifully executed in a red dance outfit.
45.

dramatic.
29. Melissa Monet – Red and orange bugle beaded gown over nude shoulders and

rhinestone accents. Modeling is coy.

Covered in copper/orange stones throughout. Matching orange/copper stone
earrings and bracelets. Modeling reserved and elegant.
Talent Group 1
1. Crystal Chambers: Linda Eder, Latin number; purple costume on Crystal, red
trim and palettes, nice, full hair with red flower, back up dancers with blacdk
and red, doing little jazz hands/Latin dance, two boys on side, waiting to join
the action; very elegant and clean; her eye make up is dramatic, hot; posing on
beat; line up with different arm extensions; Crystal very emotive in her face,
seems to enjoy herself; dancing is well paced with music; music picking up now,
Linda Eder, “One Night in Rio”; Crystal leaves stage, comes out in red and black
costume, palletes; song changes to dance mix, Linda Eder, faster dancing,
dancers and Crystal in line stepping up toward judges, breaks away in changed
formation, twists, turns and hops; a minor dancer error but well rehearsed.
Hops/jumps well choreographed.
2. Malaysia Black: Gladys Knight impersonation, black costume with bronze coat;
started seated on stool with back to stage; monologue with good facial animation
and gestures, lip synch; back on stool, pantomiming riding in car; then medley,
If You Don’t Know Me By Now, End of the Road; lots of eye contact with the
judges; spinning, working coat/cape, drops to ground and back up; nice, dramatic
impersonation, ends with waving, Gladys saying “I gotta go.”
3. Mikala Kay: “Chicago” silver letters on black background prop, standing on
it, Velma costume and wig, “All that Jazz” music begins; prop a little unsteady
when she turns; nice black shoes with rhinestones; goes into “They Had It
Coming,” turns and dancing; “My Sister and I” (Miss Velma Kelley in an act of
desperation” introduction); ripped away to reveal rhinestone accented corset;
spinning, kicks; audience applauds moderately when she asks, “What do ya
think?”; more energy as the music calls for it, nice crowd response; earring
flew off when dancing became energetic at the end; well done solo number, crowd
appreciated.
4. Geneva Richards – She’s in a brown/nude/maroon pantsuitwith large gold belt
buckle. Supersonic. Music is muffled somewhat. She dances a little and leaves
stage to take off small floor length shrug-type coat. When she comes back, she
dances more. Ends in a split.
5. Myah Monroe – Get On Up mix. Starts with I’m Every Woman. She’s in blue and
silver shiny ruffle coat. Goes into Patti Labelle monologue. Then into Get On
Up. High energy. Unbelievable dancing. Crowd lives. Alyssa said
“aaaaaalllllllriiiiiiiight, she turned the party OUT!” Standing ovation.
6. Domanique Shappelle – Six boy dancers in latin satin tops and black pants.
She enters in black and red sequin latin dance dress. She’s in center; boys
dance around her. This is her winning Continental talent – I’m Everybody’s Girl.
Slow paced but beautiful.
7. Barbara Seville – Large props on stage that say OSU, but I think they mean
USO. Barbara enters as Bette Midler. Illusion is good. She’s wear a short black
satin overcoat with red petticoats showing underneath. She does a monologue
about her career and bad shows and moves the letters into correct order. Turns
into Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy and she changes into a red strip top with short
full chiffon skirt. “O” prop turns so the stage reads USofA.
8. Victoria Weston – Dressing room set. She enters in a coral gown with gold
beaded breasts. She’s singing live I’m Every Woman. She’s changing the words for
comedy to I’m Not a Woman. Very funny. She stumbles some on her prop. Song
changes to Because I’m a Drag Queen. Tepid response from audience.
Talent Group 2
9. Brandonna Dupri – She enters in red satin and yellow ruffle full length coat.
“This bitch has now arrived.” She leaves the stage and reenters in a purple
stretch and white feather dance outfit with white patent leather boots. Lost an
earring. Dancing is good overall. I’m not sure of the song – dance tune with
lots of whips inserted.
10. Alexis Nicole Whitney – Large rain forest prop with Alexis written across
it. Gloria Estefan song in Spanish. Prop opens and she’s in a black ruffle coat.
Prop closes. Two boy dancers in red and black. Prop opens and she’s in red
fringe pantsuit. Four dancers now. Very nicely choreographed. Well done. Ends
with I Just Wanna Be Happy. Standing ovation.
11. Catalina – red and black feathered coat, dark hair, jacked up and hot,
fierce face, “Come on Baby Light My Fire,” elegant mannerisms; music changes to
dance tune “Fire.” She reenters in a black and red dance outfit. She got a
little lost on the dance at times. A dancer fell.
12. Dominique Sanchez – Janet Jackson mix. She’s in a black unitard with red
corset. Four dancer boys, two girls. Very high energy. Crowd lives.
13. Justice Paige Counce – Tina Turner in yellow fringe outfit. Proud Mary. Two
dancer boys in black; music kicks in and she twirls, works the fringe. Her pho
mic is slipping a little due to the high energy of her dancing. A slightly
chunky Cher impersonator comes on stage and she and Tina do a duet of Proud Mary
for a while. Well choreographed, nice Tina hair; good illusion. Fun talent, a
drag classic.
14. Leah Halston - Dionne Warwick impersonation in a silver gown. “Solid Gold.”
Good paint for the illusion. Music changed to “Then Came You.” Now “I Know I’ll
Never Love This Way Again.”
15. Sage Summers – Black rectangles on stage, covered with black fabric. Music
is 20th Century Fox theme. Norma Desmond, “I AM big, it’s the pictures that got
small.” Into “I Who Have Nothing,” Shirley Bassey (not Jordin Sparks). Music
changes to “My Life.” Hair is jacked, face is painted, sparkly dress and coat,
dramatic. Exposes pictures of her in phase of her life. She was a cute baby, per
photo #1. Apparently she played football in high school (or college?), based on
picture #2. Then a picture in drag. Bud Light logos at top of pictures. Back to
Sunset Boulevard monologue, Norma Desmond (“I can’t tell you how wonderful it is
to be back in the studio making a picture, . . . this is my life, and always
will be . . . I’m ready for my close up). Lots of eye contact with judges. Last
picture of her in same outfit and hair.
16. Cha Chi Divine – Lots of rain, wind and whistling. She’s in a black satin
coat with feather collar. Costume change into green one-leg, one-sleeve unitard.
Silver beaded fringe on the side of the green arm and leg. Not sure what the
song is, but refers to transsexuals and faggots. Powerful piece of music. Needs
more rehearsal. Music repeats, “I want my sunglasses back,” and she then gets
them.
The end – see you final night.
Final Night – Friday, May 25, 2007
Adam’s Mark Convention Center

1. Alexis Nicole Whitney – Same talent as prelim night. Same props. Different
costumes/hair. Crowd lives for her.
2. Stasha Sanchez – Knock on Wood talent from Continental with seven dancers.
Top breaks and she has to hold onto it the whole time. She perseveres and crowd
gives support.
3. Dominique Sanchez – Five dancers on stage. Monologue with no one lip syncing
it. Two ghoul dancers. She enters in red and black dance costume with rhinestone
accents. Dancers were off, probably b/c of the masks. They take off masks. She
tried to exit stage and bumped into a dancer and then couldn’t. Four girls come
on and boys leave; then boys come back. I am not sure of this song.
4. Asia O’Hara – On a raised set with her back to us in a silver long coat. She
turns around and two blue fans are blowing her hair. Goes into explosive dance
talent. Not sure of this song either. Backup dancers messed up some – bumped
into each other. She buck dances and then all fall into the floor to end it.
5. Natasha Braxton – Same music as last time. Havannah Nights. Different
costumes; different choregraphy. Lots of lifts and turns; very visual talent.
6. Domanique Shappelle – Eight hot boy dancers on stage in tiny leather
costumes. Lots of dancing by the boys. “Body Beautiful.” Dancers off somewhat.
Changes to Beyonce song and she strips to a leather bra and miniskirt. She comes

stage.
7. Bianca Nicole – Same talent as prelim night. All That Jazz. My Sister and I.
Very high energy. Very clean.
8. Myah Monroe – Tina Turner – comes out in bloody pantsuit. Ike comes out and
beats her. He pulls off her pantsuit to reveal red and orange beaded fringe
outfit. Tina’s backup girls come out. They do an Ike and Tina Turner song. Then
it goes into Proud Mary. Crowd lives.
9. Sasha Andrews – She enters through the audience lifted into the air by two
guys in gold lame. She is in a gold glitter dot skirt and top – belly dancer.
Anastasia talent. She’s dancing barefoot. Lots of dancers on stage. Skirt comes
off. High energy. A few dancer problems throughout.
10. Kara Young Ross – Same talent as prelim. Music and a Mirror, from A Chorus
Line. Seven mirrors on stage. Sign that says “Jerry Bird’s Follies Audition
Tonight.” Male dancers stretching on stage. Different costumes. Similar if not
same choreography. Some dancer issues but minor overall. Costume change into
nude unitard with stones. Dance until end with the addition of a giant feather
fan Las Vegas backpiece and rhinestone headdress. Crowd loves it.
11. Tasha Long – Set is a street design, with many people on it. Big Spender
music. Dialogue into 24 Hours of Love. There are some dancer issues all the way
throughout. Goes into Candy Man.
12. Vega St. James – Same as prelim night. Dreamgirls. First half is dialogue
from when Effie finds out she’s out of the group. Most of the time, Vega’s back
is to the audience and you can’t see what she’s doing. Goes into And I Am
Telling You.
Special Entertainment
Evening Gown Competition
